Damariscotta Police Department: Two arrests
The Damariscotta Police report the following activity from May 2 to May 8, 2016
May 2
Officer Halpin assisted a citizen on South Road, cleared a traffic hazard on Bristol Road, is investigating a report of theft on Main Street, took a police information report on Jackie’s Trail; and arrested Theresa Farrin of Damariscotta for violating conditions of release.
Sgt. Warlick and Officer Halpin conducted a compliance check on Ledgewood Court.
May 3
Chief Young and Officer Halpin assisted with an out of control subject on Miles Street.
Sgt. Warlick took a report of suspicious activity on Pleasant Street and took a report of an erratic vehicle on Route 1.
May 4
Sgt. Warlick is investigating a report of a burglary on Main Street
Chief Young took a report of littering on Main Street, took a report of an erratic vehicle on Main Street, and investigated a report of a suicide on Heater Road.
Officer Fait is investigating a report of theft on Main Street, investigated a report of an erratic vehicle on Biscay Road, and arrested Griffin Palola Harriman of Falmouth for OUI, leaving scene of property damage accident, driving to endanger, possession by consumption of alcohol by a minor, and operating without a license on Lessner Rd.
May 5
Officer Dotson is investigating a report of a stolen canoe on Biscay Road.
Chief Young responded to an alarm on Main Street and assisted a citizen on Main Street.
Officer Sylvester took a report of an erratic vehicle on Bristol Road, took a report of an erratic vehicle on Route 1, took a report of an erratic vehicle on Bristol Road, and is investigating a report of a PFA violation on Back Meadow Road
May 6
Sgt. Warlick investigated a report of an alarm on Massasoit Drive, removed a traffic hazard on Biscay Road, and conducted a compliance check on Church Street.
Officer Sylvester assisted with a civil complaint on North Road and assisted with an escort on Heater Road.
Officer Dotson took a lost property report on Main Street.
May 7
Officer Halpin assisted another agency on Miles Street, summonsed Ann Poole of Edgecomb for speeding on Main Street, and investigated a motor vehicle accident on Main Street.
May 8
Officer Halpin took a criminal mischief report on Main Street.
Officer Sylvester assisted another agency on Miles Street.
