On April 29, the First Congregational Church of Wiscasset will once again hold a Hymn Sing at its 10 a.m. service. Members and visitors are welcome to choose their favorite hymns to be sung during the service. Selections may range from old favorites as “Abide with Me” or “The Old Rugged Cross” to modern day hymns such as “On Eagles’ Wings” and “Here I Am, Lord.”

The tradition of encouraging requests for favorite hymns began last year and will continue each month containing a fifth Sunday. The next hymn sing will be held on July 29.
