University of Maine at Augusta interim President Joseph Szakas has announced the 2022 spring full-time president’s list. The following local students were named to the list:

Julie Markee, Boothbay; Kaleb Ames, Southport; Sydnie Thayer, Whitefield; Joarn Farrin, Wiscasset; Christina Doucette, Wiscasset; and Kari McArdle, Wiscasset.

To qualify for the full-time president’s list, students must a) complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of 100-level or higher UMA coursework (exclusive of pass/fail courses); and b) maintain a semester grade point average in these courses of 3.8 or higher.
