Local G.O.A.T. goat auditions for Cadbury Bunny role 2024
When Jiminy Cricket of Dragonfly Cove Farm in Dresden was born in 2023, he was a mere three pounds and not able to compete for moms’ milk with his two bigger brothers. He was moved into the house to get a bottle every few hours and grew and grew. He starred in several music videos, was a special guest at the Chase Point Country Fair, was a “spokesgoat” for a Maine Council of Churches fundraiser, attended a number of meetings, and downed bottles on Zoom calls to the delight of everyone. #jiminycricketatdcf
Now that he is older, a whopping 80 pounds, he has decided to audition for more adult roles – and prefers to go by Mr. J. Cricket.
The Cadbury Bunny contest audition picture has been filed at www.instagram.com/kilkellymarge/ If he is chosen as one of the top 32 entries, there will be an opportunity for the public to vote using the Cadbury Instagram page beginning March 11.
In the meantime you can show your support for this cute Maine cashmere goat on Instagram or Facebook #jiminycricketatdcf like and share his post!
He's counting on you!
Hi Cadbury Egg Lovers ... If you want your Cadbury Eggs delivered on time by a really cute critter – I am your G.O.A.T. My name is Mr. J. Cricket. The role of Cadbury Bunny 2024 was made for me. As a Working Cashmere goat I am warm and fuzzy, strong enough to pull a large basket of eggs, and clever enough to get into Hooman houses. I know how to hide things in a house –I have done it before. When I was 3 days old I was very tiny and one look with my big sad eyes was all it took to move into the farmhouse. I made a few music videos as a kid, but this is the first adult role I have auditioned for. I may be older, but I am still really cute- everyone says so. I have hired an experienced Driver/Coach and am practicing pulling my Easter Basket so that I will be ready to go delivering delicious Cadbury Eggs to all the houses. Don’t ya just love the tail? I am the G.O.A.T. and I appreciate your support. #CadburyBunnyContest #cadburybunnytryouts @CadburyUSA. Thank you, Mr. J. Cricket.
