Members of Rusty Hinges to play benefit in Jefferson
The Midcoast musical group, "The Rusty Hinges" will present a concert at the Old Jefferson Town House on Friday, July 10 from 7 - 9 p.m. Donation of $10 at the door.
The talented Midcoast musicians group plays a variety of music such as folk, gospel, sea shanties, ballads, bluegrass, oldies and much more.
Experiencing them in the treasured old 1869-built building, currently being restored and maintained by the Jefferson Historical Society as a local history center, will create the feeling of going back in time.
Members of the "Hinges" are Nancy Jones ( vocal, guitar, penny whistle and fiddle), Cindy Millar (vocal, mandolin and fiddle), Brian Dunn (vocal and mandolin), Chuck McGregor (bass) and Dick White (guitar). The group has supported the restoration effort of the JHS for several years.
Refreshments will be available.
