Seventy percent of voters on Sheepscot Valley Regional School Unit’s budget June 8 said yes. Superintendent of Schools Howie Tuttle shared the tallies from around the district. The budget passed 534-228.

Here is the breakdown: Alna  39-1, Chelsea 69-46, Palermo 28-6, Somerville 81-66, Westport Island 214-62, Whitefield 32-12 and Windsor 71-35.

District voters also passed the adult education budget, 511-241, according to the information Tuttle provided.
