UPDATED: COVID-19 death recorded in York; Sagadahoc’s death now attributed to Kennebec
AUGUSTA — The Maine CDC has announced, April 14, an additional COVID-19 death in the state, bringing the state’s COVID-19 death toll to 20.
The individual was a resident of York County, a woman in her 70s.
In addition to announcing the state’s 20th COVID-19 death, the Maine CDC announced the one individual’s death was previously attributed by the Maine CDC to the wrong county.
Upon further investigation, the individual recently attributed to Sagadahoc County should have been attributed to Kennebec County.
