Dear Editor:

The pen is mightier than the sword, and the battle is at the ballot box.  The message is “Vote Red!”

Inflation is 8.5%, food costs are out of sight as are vehicle fuel and oil prices nearing $5+ per gallon, grocery costs are out of sight.  This is a fiscal nightmare for all of us.

Parents please take note: The Maine Department of Education Website curriculum includes Critical Race Theory and Transgender/Sexual material for K-12.  This is wrong and totally unacceptable. 

The lobster industry is at the brink of disaster due to ridiculous state and federal regulations supported by our current governor.  

The aforementioned are but a few serious concerns of why you should vote for the following to help us get our State on the right track: 

Governor: Paul LePage

U.S. Congress: Ed Thelander

Maine Senate: Abden Simmons

State Representative: Ed Polewarczyk

All willing, able and ready to represent us with fortitude, integrity and valor.

Every vote counts. Please vote on Nov. 8.
