Arrests/Summonses

Dec. 19, Matthew Fountain, 57, of Atlanta, Georgia was summonsed for Operating Vehicle Without License, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

Dec. 19, Crystal Plummer, 36, of Wiscasset was arrested for a Warrant Arrest, by Barnes.

Dec. 19, Crystal Plummer, 36, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Forgery, by Barnes.

Dec. 19, Brandon Plummer, 41, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Violating Condition of Release, by Barnes.

Dec. 20, Steven Lutes, 37, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Driving to Endanger and Violating Condition of Release, by Barnes.

Dec. 21, Brian Swift, 36, of Chelsea was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension, by Barnes.

Dec. 24, Travis Smith, 40, of Swanville was arrested for Warrant Arrest, by Officer Nathan Willhoite.

Dec. 25, Mathias Richardson, 22, of Westport Island was summonsed for Leaving Scene of Motor Vehicle Accident, by Sgt. Perry Hatch.

Dec. 29, Owen Zwaan, 24, of Phippsburg was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault and Aggravated Criminal Mischief, by Officer Hunter Farrell.

Dec. 30, Benjamin Sutter, 29, of Damariscotta was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension, by Farrell.

Dec. 31, Jeffrey Richards, 56, of St. George was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, Violating Condition of Release, and OUI (Drugs or Combo), by Hatch.

Accidents

Dec. 14, Hatch responded to an accident on Old Ferry Road. Mathias Richardson, 22, of Westport Island was traveling southbound and left the roadway. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 15, Farrell responded to an accident on Fort Hill Street. Kelli Lewis’ unattended vehicle was parked legally. An unknown vehicle struck it and left the scene. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 17, Willhoite responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Terrence Tardif, 61, of Wiscasset was parked legally. Baldo Esquivel, 52, of Richmond was plowing and struck the vehicle of Tardif. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 18, Hatch responded to an accident on Huntoon Hill Road. Logan Orr, 23, of Wiscasset was traveling northbound on Gardiner Road turning right onto Huntoon Hill Road and left the roadway. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 25, Hatch responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Tina Pepin, 31, of Dresden was traveling northbound on Gardiner Road, stopped to make a left hand turn onto Foye Road, when Tucker Phinney, 30, of New Harbor struck the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 27, Barnes responded to an accident on Gardiner Road. Hailey Talbert, 18, of Wiscasset was traveling southbound. Donna Russell, 71, of Newcastle was eastbound making a right hand turn and struck Talbert. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 28, Barnes responded to an aaccident on Foye Road. Katiana Selens, 27, of Dresden was westbound following the roadway, and crossed into the coming lane due to road conditions, striking Stephen Rines, 70, of Brunswick, who was traveling eastbound following the roadway. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 31, Hatch responded to an accident on Bath Road. Brandon Stinson, 35, of Augusta was traveling northbound. Barbara Buzzell, 72, of Wiscasset was pulling into traffic and struck Stinson. No injuries were reported.

Dec. 31, Hatch responded to an accident. Michael Lessner, 52, of Nobleboro was traveling northbound on Gardiner Road when a deer ran into the roadway. No injuries were reported.
