On Aug. 9, the Wiscasset School Committee received the following updated list of staff changes for the 2022-2023 school year.

New hires include Arthur Chadbourne, Wiscasset Middle High School, middle school science; Nakita Lemar, Wiscasset Elementary School educational technician I; Katie Myles, WMHS- ed tech lll; and Erin Sturgeon, WES school counselor.

Resignations include Janelle Lefebvre, WMHS math teacher; and Ronda Shipley, WES school secretary.

Transfers included Paulette Carter from WMHS special education teacher to middle school math teacher and Jill Kehoe from district librarian to WES Title 1 teacher.
