Y-Arts and the Lincoln Theater present the Y-Arts winter youth musical: “Lion King Jr!”

The African Savannah comes to life on stage with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle and back again, in this inspiring, coming-of-age tale.

“Lion King Jr” features classic songs from the 1994 film such as "Hakuna Matata” and the Academy Award®-winning "Can You Feel the Love Tonight” as well as additional songs penned for the Broadway production.

Bringing the musical based on the Disney film to life are: Hannah Abello, Abby Amaral, Fiona Bishop, Paige Botts, Jackie Branch, Emma Castonia, Samantha Colby, Maeve Cullina, Emerson Harris, Sarah Harris, Arabella Hodgdon, Lexi Hughes, Aileigh Johnson, Mabel Kaler, Sophia Mansfield, Scout Martin, Spencer Pottle, Olivia Roberts, Trey Tibbetts, Jessie Ullo, Kayla Watts, Eve Allen, Zea Arbuckle, Mya Bessey, Natalie Emmons, Allie Ferreira, Alicia Flis, Caleb Innes, Brayden Irons, Lola Leeman, Meara McManus, Morganne Phelps, Harrison Pierpan, Quinn Prentice, Reed Prentice, Finn Roy, Jojo Shea, Elijah Smith, Moriah Smith, Zuriel Smith, Finn Sullivan, Ireland Teele, Anna Tomasello, Laura Tomasello, and Rebecca Tomasello.

Performances at the Lincoln Theater are Friday, March 8 at 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, March 9 at 10 a.m. and  2 p.m. and Sunday, March 10 at 5:30 p.m.

All tickets are general admission: $5 in advance. The theater is located at 2 Theater St., Damariscotta.
