‘Essential Oils for Beginners’ at Southport Memorial Library
Do you (or someone you know) have high blood pressure, allergies, asthma, IBS, chronic ear or sinus infections, headaches or migraines, sleep problems, stress, arthritis, low energy, anxiety, depression .. here's an oil for that!
Join us for an “Essential Oils for Beginners" class with Serena Musick on July 5 at 11 a.m. and again at 6:30 p.m. These are free 45 to 60 minute classes. Learn how to replace the items in your medicine cabinet with pure, natural essential oils that can help you feel better when you are sick, and help you to stay well. Essential oils are inexpensive, don't have negative side affects and often work faster and more effectively than traditional modern medicine. People have been using essential oils for centuries! Use them in the kitchen for cooking, plus use them to sanitize and clean your home. What other product can you buy that is so multifunctional?
Serena Musick is a former personal trainer, radio disc jockey and news reporter, now a homeschooling mom of four. Endless doctor visits had her feeling discouraged and helpless when a friend introduced her to essential oils. After learning to use them, she became empowered and confident to naturally boost her family's overall health and immune systems!
There will be free oils, prizes and snacks flavored with essential oils. No registration required.
