Join the Railway Village Museum Saturday, Nov. 13, 6-8:30 p.m., for a special after-hours event to learn about Mainers’ resistance to long standing liquor laws in the Town Hall. The first event in this series features local historian and attorney, Chip Griffin, who will present on the early years of prohibition in the Boothbay region including tales of well-known community landmarks! For those aged 21 and over only!
Your ticket - $60 per person - includes local Bites & Flights: Homemade Submarines and an educational whiskey tasting from Mike Morrissette of the local Boothbay Harbor speakeasy (Marcel’s Submarine Shop and Whiskey Bar).

The museum is committed to offering educational and fun events for our community to enjoy, and as affordably as possible. All of our events offer discounted ticketing, and we appreciate donations of any size above and beyond the listed ticket price. Donations can be added in at ticket check out. There are a limited number of tickets available due to the size of the Town Hall. Masks required when not eating or drinking.
