Edgecomb resident Henry Currier, son of Sarah and Jason Currier, will be attending Maine Maritime Academy in the fall majoring in international business and logistics, with a minor in small vessel operations.

Henry is currently in his senior year at Carrabassett Valley Academy (CVA) where he competes on the CVA Freeride team. This ski season has been a busy one for Henry and the Freeride team with training and competitions in British Colombia, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and Vermont.

Henry has recently been issued his United States Coast Guard Limited Masters Captain’s License and will be spending the summer working on the waters of Boothbay Harbor.
