The Miles Memorial Hospital League Art Committee announces a final call for area artists to exhibit for the 2023 season in the Hall Gallery at Miles Hospital, Damariscotta. Prospective artists should have at least 15-20 pieces to fill the gallery space.

This coming year the Art Committee is scheduling six individual shows, each about two months in duration. Paintings, drawings, original prints, and photography will be juried for consideration. Sculpture or textiles cannot be accepted. Artwork should be appropriate for a public hospital setting.

Interested artists are asked to bring three pieces representative of their work together with a short bio and range of prices to the Arrowsmith Building (corner of Rt. #1 and Belvedere Road) on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 9:30 a.m. Jurying artists are asked to return later that same morning to pick up their works. Artists will be notified of the jury’s decision at that time.
