Dear Editor:

Having led the redevelopment effort of the Parish Hall at St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Wiscasset, I know it was designed to accommodate full use of its large second floor. When the time came, adding dormers and additional access were both anticipated. It is heartwarming to think that time has come. Light duty and affordable individual residences in this space will provide some much needed living accommodations. I fully support St. Philip's and Amistad's vision of this unique opportunity to create this community asset and ask everyone to pray for its success.
