The next public supper will be July 3. The menu will consist of strawberry soup, rolls, salad, meatloaf, southwestern barley salad, and ice cream sundaes. Cribbage results for Tuesday, June 18 with 26 players were first place, Beverly Blair, 836; second, Roger Downs, 832; third, Bob Gilman and Howard                                     Nickerson, tied at 830; high hand, Pam Frenier, 24; and low score, Larry Rines, 710.

Thursday, June 20, with 20 players: We gathered for an evening of cribbage when a large thunderstorm came pouring down and knocked out the lights at the Community Center. We continued to play, using our phones for light, dedicated players we are, until we were told that the Wiscasset Community Center was being closed due to the power outage. We were disappointed, but we will return next Thursday to enjoy our evening out with good friends.
