Next ‘Music at Noon’ musicians: USM School of Music faculty
Bay Chamber Concerts is pleased to announce the third in a series of four “Music at Noon” concerts, featuring faculty members from the University of Southern Maine School of Music on Wednesday, March 12 in the Farnsworth Art Museum Library.
Music and art lovers are invited to attend this intimate lunchtime concert where they can enjoy a simple, tasty lunch from Atlantic Baking Co. while listening to a romantic and colorful program of Beethoven, Saint-Saens and Glinka. This is Bay Chamber Concerts’ second year of presenting this unique lunchtime concert series, where admission to the museum, following the concert, is included in the ticket price. Tickets are $25 (ticket fees may apply).
This Music at Noon concert will feature three distinguished musicians: violinist Robert Lehmann; bassoonist Wren Saunders; and pianist George Lopez. The USM School of Music faculty is made up of professional performers, scholars and mentors.
Music at Noon performances are offered on the second Wednesday of the month through April. The library is located at 16 Museum Street in Rockland.
