The Lincoln County Grand jury indicts the following individuals:

Russel Golden, 47, of Bath was indicted on Class B tampering with a witness and Class E violation of conditions of release on Aug. 18 in Wiscasset. Golden was also indicted on Class C violation of release on Sept. 24 in Wiscasset.

Amy Small, 39, of Bath was indicted on one count of Class C assault on officer on Oct. 28 in Wiscasset.

Robert McKenney, 42, of Bath was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband, and one count of Class E failure to sign a uniform summons and complaint on Oct. 16 in Wiscasset. McKenney was also indicted on one count of Class C violation of conditions of release on Oct. 23 in Wiscasset.

Tammy Elwell, 46, of West Bath, was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband on Oct. 16 in Wiscasset.

Clarence Snyder, 33, of Winthrop was indicted on one count of Class B theft by unauthorized taking on May 1 in Wiscasset.

John McInnis, 28, of Alna was indicted on one count of Class D domestic violence assault on August 22 in Wiscasset.

Peter Curtis, 27, of Windham was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and one count of Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 23 in Wiscasset.

Brian McLaughlin, 47, of Newcastle was indicted on one count of Class B violation of sex offender registration on Sept. 16 in Newcastle.

Phillip Peabody, 18, of Jefferson was indicted on one count of Class C aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, Class D criminal trespass and Class D furnishing of alcohol to a minor on Aug. 12 in Jefferson.

Brittney Hardesty, 27, of China was indicted on one count of Class C negotiating a worthless instrument on July 11 in Whitefield.

Danny Douglas, 47, of Thorntown, Indiana was indicted on one count of Class B sexual exploitation of a minor on April 24 in Dresden.

Cashel Fanslau, 33, of Alna was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault on a child less than six years old on October 3 in Alna.

Matthew John Kinney, 30, of Bremen was indicted on one count of Class E marijuana cultivation, Class D illegal possession of hypodermic apparatuses, Class E violation of conditions of release and Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on Sept. 17 in Bremen.

Benjamin Clifford, 20, of Edgecomb was indicted on one count of Class B burglary, two counts of Class B theft by unauthorized taking and one count of Class D theft by unauthorized taking on Aug. 12 in Boothbay.

Nicholas Hodgdon, 20, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class B burglary, two counts of Class B theft by unauthorized taking and one count of Class E theft by unauthorized taking on August 12 in Boothbay.

Frank Genthner Jr., 49, of Bristol was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault on July 9 in Bristol. Genther was also indicted for one count of Class C domestic violence assault, Class C assault, Class D criminal mischief and Class C violation of conditions of release on Sept. 11 in Bristol.

Jason Baughman, 46, of Warren was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault and Class C violation of conditions of release on Aug. 8 in Bremen.

Christopher Deniger, 22, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking and Class E violation of conditions of release on April 7 in Boothbay.

Dyllan Bozora, 23, of Boothbay Harbor was indicted on one count of Class D hindering apprehension or prosecution and Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on Oct. 29 in Boothbay Harbor.

Joshua Hovan, 25, of Bryant Pond was indicted on two counts of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and one count of Class E violation of conditions of release.

Chassedy Foster, 33, of Bremen was indicted on two counts of Class C aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs on August 2 in Bremen.

John Wyman, 42, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class B attempted gross sexual assault, Class B burglary, Class D unlawful sexual touching, Class C unlawful sexual touching on August 16 in Waldoboro, and Class B gross sexual assault on Sept. 23 in Waldoboro.

Jordan Paradise, 18, transient, was indicted on one count each of Class B burglary, Class D stealing drugs, Class E theft by unauthorized taking, and Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 23 in Waldoboro.

Jason Pearce, 28, of Boothbay was indicted on one count of Class D criminal mischief and Class C criminal threatening with a weapon on Aug. 31 in Boothbay.

Michael Burns, 31, of Wiscasset, was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault on Nov. 6 in Edgecomb.

Scott McCatherin, 51, of Yarmouth was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault on Sept. 20 in Newcastle.

Paul Griffin Jr., 43, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C intentional evasion of income tax, four counts of Class D failure to pay income tax and three counts of Class D failure to make and file Maine state income tax payments on July 11.

Joseph Marco, 45, of Phippsburg was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband, Class D unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, and Class E violation of conditions of release on Nov. 13 in Wiscasset.

Zacariah Sawyer, 21, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class E violation of conditions of release on Nov. 13 in Wiscasset.

Joshua Cote, 35, of Gardiner was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class E violation of conditions of release on Nov. 12 in Wiscasset.

Jessica Hustus, 22, of Swanville was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and one count of violation of conditions of release on Sept. 17 in Wiscasset.

Stephanie Little, 25, of Edgecomb was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in prison contraband and one count of Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 17 in Wiscasset.

Susan Doray, 30, Wiscasset, was indicted with Class C attempted aggravated assault, Class trafficking in prison contraband, and Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 17 in Wiscasset.

Jessica Gray, 24, of Winterport, was charged with Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 17 in Wiscasset.

Peggi Connors, 40, of Wiscasset was charged with Class C trafficking in prison contraband and Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 17 in Wiscasset.

Karrie Prior, 23, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C theft by Unauthorized taking, Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 17 in Waldoboro.

Melissa Chartier, 46, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault on Sept. 3 in Waldoboro.

Daniel Delano, 39, of Wiscasset was indicted on one count of Class C domestic violence assault on Nov. 1 in Wiscasset.

Anthony Baker, 23, of Union was indicted on one count of Class C evading an officer, Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, Class E criminal speed, Class D unauthorized use of property and Class E driving to endanger on Sept. 21 in Nobleboro.

Jason Hunter, 30, of Portland was indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking, Class D unauthorized use of property, Class E operating after suspension and Class E violation of conditions of release on Sept. 9 in Newcastle.

Chad Sproul, 38, of Warren was indicted on one count of Class C negotiating a worthless instrument, Class C theft by unauthorized taking, and Class E violation of conditions of release between Sept. 11 and Sept. 15 in Damariscotta.

Scott Gifford, 52, of Nobleboro was indicted on one count of Class A aggravated assault, Class B criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, Class B reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and Class C assault on August 27 in Damariscotta.

Theodore Poland, 47, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class B aggravated assault and Class B tampering with a witness on Aug. 28 in Nobleboro.

Glen Michaud, 52, of Norway was indicted on one count of Class C burglary, Class E possession of burglary tools, Class D attempted theft and Class D criminal mischief on Feb. 2 in Damariscotta.

Jake Pilsbury, 23, of Somerville, was indicted on one count of Class C of burglary, one count of Class D criminal mischief on Aug. 24 in Jefferson.

Coty Norton-Perry, 26, of Whitefield was indicted on one count of Class C receiving stolen property on Aug. 24 in Whitefield.

Jared McDaniel, 23, of Augusta was indicted on one count of Class C theft by unauthorized taking on Feb. 8 in Whitefield.

Amy Varney, 20, of Woolwich was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs, Class C trafficking in schedule W drugs and Class D misuse of a public benefits instrument on Sept. 25 in Wiscasset.

Jeff Templeton, 60, of Round Pond was indicted on one count of Class C trafficking in schedule Z drugs and Class C unlawful possession of schedule Z drugs, Class D cultivation of marijuana, Class D unlawful possession of schedule W drugs and criminal forfeiture charges on Sept. 19 in Round Pond.

Richard Spencer, 52, of Wiscasset, was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking of schedule W drugs, Class C unlawful possession of schedule W drugs on Oct. 30 in Wiscasset.

Fermin Sawtell, 39, of Bath was indicted on one count of Class A aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs, Class C illegal importation of scheduled drugs and Class D misuse of a public benefits instrument on Sept. 25 in Wiscasset.

Adam Oliveri, 36, of Newcastle was indicted on two counts of Class A aggravated trafficking in a schedule W drug on May 28 in Newcastle.

Chad Hedman, 37, of Augusta was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs and illegal importation of schedule W drugs, and one count of Class C unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Sept. 25 in Wiscasset.

Tabitha Brooks, 28, of Rochester, New Hampshire, was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs, and Class C illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Sept. 25 in Wiscasset.

Regina Bowman, 43, of Waldoboro was indicted on one count of Class B unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs, Class B unlawful possession of schedule W drugs, Class C conspiracy to commit unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs and criminal forfeiture on Oct. 1 in Waldoboro.
