Jason Cloukey, 40, of Wiscasset was arrested June 2 and charged with aggravated assault, which is a class B felony.
According to the affidavit, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan Chubbuck was called to investigate a report domestic disturbance on Gardiner Road in Wiscasset. When Chubbuck arrived, he spoke with the victim who claimed that while Cloukey was asleep she began taking photos.

Cloukey also reportedly had a warrant for his arrest at the time and was arrested and charged with class B aggravated assault.
Cloukey was held on $25,000 bail and ordered to have no contact with the victim. He is scheduled to appear in court July 22 at 8:30 a.m.
Class B crimes carry a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and up to a $20,000 fine.
