Wiscasset Community Center is proud to host another in our series of Wellness U events Feb. 20, sponsored by Lincoln County Healthcare, Ames Supply in Wiscasset, and Healthy Lincoln County.

Wellness U is a sampling of our classes coupled with guest “professors” who will present different courses for wellness. The event is open to anyone and there will be a special 20 percent off one-year paid in full memberships on Saturday. If you are interested in being “well” or getting started on a healthier life, then this would be a great time to visit.

The Wellness U event is free to all! Bring a bathing suit and try a swim class, or your workout clothes and join Denise in a Fit with Clicks class. Find out about our upcoming FitCLASS Challenge with team weight loss goals! Wellness U runs from 7:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. this Saturday.
