Damariscotta Police Department: Four arrests
The Damariscotta Police report the following activity from April 18 to April 24, 2016
April 18
Officer Halpin responded to an alarm on Schooner Street, investigated a report of an assault on Chapman Street, assisted with an out of control subject on Miles Street, and arrested Frederick Pinkham of Waldoboro on a warrant by Sgt. Warlick.
April 19
Chief Young assisted Portland PD at the police department.
Chief Young, Sgt. Warlick, Officer Sylvester, Officer Halpin and officers from several other agencies executed a search warrant on Standpipe Road.
April 20
Officer Halpin investigated a report of theft on Main Street.
Officer Dotson conducted a welfare check on Pond Circle.
Sgt. Warlick took a police information report on Salt Bay Drive.
April 21
Chief Young investigated a report of theft on Main Street, assisted another agency on Standpipe Road and assisted citizens at the police department.
Officer Sylvester responded to a late report of a motor vehicle accident on Coastal Market Drive, assisted a citizen on Sibling Drive, and investigated a report of a car vs. deer accident on Bristol Road The deer fled the scene.
Kathi Nardone of Damariscotta was warned for failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to produce driver’s license, failing to produce registration and was summonsed for failing to provide evidence of insurance on Main Street by Officer Dotson.
Officer Dotson investigated a report of suspicious activity on Main Street.
April 22
Chief Young arrested MaryCatherine Tatlock Wilson for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Sgt. Warlick arrested Theresa Farrin for violation of conditions of release.
Officer Sylvester and Officer Dotson attempted to locate a subject on Jackie’s Trail.
Andrew Griffin of Bristol was arrested for three outstanding warrants by Officer Dotson.
April 23
Officer Halpin responded to a report of a property damage accident on School Street; the vehicles were gone on his arrival.
April 24
Officer Halpin took a report of a dog in a vehicle on Main Street.
