Lincoln County Superior and District courts closed cases
The following listing was provided by the Lincoln County Superior and District courts.
Travis Burnham, 31, of Boothbay, was fined $500 for OUI (alcohol), and for failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident.
Brandon Campbell, 28, of Woolwich, was fined $250 for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked.
Robert Blanchard, 45, of Bristol, was fined $250 for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked.
Jean MacLeod, 55, of Nobleboro, was fined $100 for Failure to Register Vehicle.
Joshua Jones, 28, of Jefferson, was fined $500 for OUI (alcohol).
Christian Bowdoin, 44, of Round Pond, was fined $250 for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with priors, and $500 for Failing to Make an Oral or Written Accident Report.
Taylor Johnson, 23, of Newcastle, entered into a deferred disposition agreement for Possession of Marijuana and Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
Earl Libby, 27, of Newcastle was fined $100 for a commercial shellfish harvesting violation.
Stephen Wood, 31, of Boothbay Harbor, was fined $500 for a nonresident crew and operator fishing without a license.
Steven Crosby, 27, was fined $300 for Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
Edward Neptune, 69, of Readfield, was sentenced to one year for Unlawful Sexual Contact in a case in Alna dating from 2004. His probation was revoked in two other old cases; one count of Gross Sexual Assault in Alna in 2004, for which he was sentenced to 45 days at Two Bridges Regional Jail, and a second count of Gross Sexual Assault for which he was sentenced to 15 years in the Department of Corrections, all but eight years suspended.
Kelby Hampson, 24, of Bath, had his probation revoked in a 2009 case of Assault on an Officer that occurred in Wiscasset.
Sarah Jones, 49, of Jefferson was sentenced to 364 days at Two Bridges Regional Jail, all but 10 days suspended, for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, plus probation of one year, and agreed to a deferred disposition on a second charge of Theft by Deception.
Daniel Benner, 34, of Pemaquid, was sentenced to six months at Two Bridges Regional Jail plus one day for Domestic Violence with priors.
Jeremy Hallowell, 38, of Somerville, was sentenced to three years, all but six months suspended in the Department of Corrections, and two years probation for Sexual Abuse of a Minor. Hallowell agreed to a deferred disposition on a second charge of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
Steven Cherkis, 52, of Dresden, pled guilty to Domestic Violence Assault with priors.
Janice Nicholson, 56, of Newcastle, was fined $750 and lost her license for 150 days for OUI (alcohol).
Charles Hodgdon, 39, of Trevett, was fined $800 for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug.
Aaron Mendelson, 42, of New Harbor, was fined $500 for Operating Under the Influence. He was also sentenced to 72 hours at Two Bridges Regional Jail, and had his license suspended for 90 days.
