Benjamin Day, 39, of Woolwich was sentenced on a probation violation for OUI – no test, two priors. Day will serve three years, all but 75 days suspended, plus two years probation, pay a fine of $1,400, and have his license suspended for six years.
Sophia Swain Stark, 23, of Boothbay Harbor was found guilty of Burglary, and received a suspended two-year sentence, two years probation, and is ordered to pay restitution of $2,500.
John Utley, 32, of Boothbay took an Alford plea to Domestic Violence Assault, Class D.
George Markos, 29, of Bath was found guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband. He was sentenced to 12 months at Two Bridges Regional Jail (TBRJ).
Jeffrey Lucas, 40, of Augusta was found guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation in Dresden. He was fined $500 and will be serving 30 days at TBRJ, stayed until January 11, 2017.
Susan Trafton, 59, of Brunswick was found guilty of OUI – Alcohol. She received a fine of $500 and her license was suspended for 150 days.
Peter Townsend, 35, of Nobleboro was found guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and was fined $250. He was also found guilty of Violating Conditions of Release.
Lisa Wallace, 52, of Nobleboro was found guilty of OUI– Alcohol, no test, and was sentenced to TBRJ for 96 hours, fined $600, and had her license suspended for 150 days.
James Bowers, 40, of Damariscotta was found guilty of Violating a Protection from Abuse Order, and was sentenced to 72 hours at TBRJ.
Norman Palmer, 28, of Newcastle was found guilty of OUI —Alcohol, with 1 prior, and was sentenced to 180 days, all but seven days suspended, one year probation, fined $700, license suspended for three years, and had his registration suspended.
Joseph Benner, 34, of Bristol was found guilty of Violating a Protection from Abuse Order, and was sentenced to 48 hours at TBRJ.
Theresa Farrin, 34, of South Bristol was found guilty of two counts of Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone, one count of Stealing Drugs, and one count of OUI— Drugs or Combo. She was sentenced to three years at TBRJ, all but 60 days suspended, with three other sentences of 60 days each to run concurrently. She must also serve two years probation. She also was fined $1,700 and had her license suspended for 150 days.
Theresa Farrin, 34, of Damariscotta, was found guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and Violating Conditions of Release. She was sentenced to 60 days at TBRJ.
Griffin Palola Harriman, 20, of Boothbay, was found guilty of OUI-Alcohol. He was sentenced to five days at TBRJ. He also pled to Operating a Vehicle Without a License as part of a deferred disposition agreement.

Lee Laughlin, 63, of Bristol was extradited as a Fugitive From Justice.
Taylor Alley, 34, of Wiscasset was found guilty of Attaching False Plates, Failure to Register Vehicle, and Operating a Vehicle without a License. He was fined $300 for the first charge and two other fines of $150 each were suspended.
Emily Elliott, 36, of Bristol was fined $150 for Failure to Register Vehicle.
Brian Chubbuck, 77, of Wiscasset was fined $250 for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked.
Michael Kieth Miete, 59, of Dresden was fined $150 for Attaching False Plates.
Jonathan Miller, 36, of Portland pled to a charge of Possession of Marijuana and was fined $350. He also agreed to a deferred disposition on a second charge of Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
