Kathleen Stevens, 35, of Boothbay, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to 164 days in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, and probation of one year, and fined $400.
Donald Benner, 28, of Walpole, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 45 days in jail, and guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $400.
Bonnie Cunningham, 70, of Nobleboro, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and fined $250.
David Stinson Jr., 37, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with priors, fined $500.
Jesse Howard, 25, of Augusta, had probation partially revoked for a burglary committed in Jefferson, sentenced to jail for six months.
Tasha Swift, 22, of Whitefield, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, fined $100; and guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words or Gestures, fined $100. She took a deferred disposition guilty plea for Domestic Violence Assault.
Wayne Little, 27, guilty of Theft by Deception, fined $500 and ordered to pay restitution of $591. Little also took a deferred disposition guilty plea for a second charge of Theft by Deception.
Jean Reed, 32, of Jefferson, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days.
Jason Duross, 35, of Topsham, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to seven days in jail.
Nicholas Paulino, 42, of Nobleboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days.
Richard Peavey, 41, of Montville, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for nine months, and Harassment by Telephone, sentenced to jail for seven days.
Jesse Howard, 25, of Windsor, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Darrell Peaslee, 62, of Jefferson, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $600 and license suspended for 150 days.
Carlton Elliott, 28, of Waldoboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, sentenced to 48 hours in jail and fined $500.
Robert Henthorne, 48, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with a prior, fined $500.
Jeremy Augusta, 30, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $150.
Joel Harkins, 36, of Waldoboro, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail; and Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Hector Bohan, 27, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to seven days in jail; and Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention; sentenced to seven days in jail.
