Dementia Conversations at Community Center Sept. 28
Concerned about someone with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s? You're invited to join a conversation about dementia and Alzheimer's led by Mark Pechenik of the Maine Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. If one of your family members or close friends is beginning to experience Alzheimer's or another dementia, come learn how you can help.
This program will offer helpful tips to assist families and friends with difficult conversations related to dementia, including going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans.
