The Lincoln County Grand Jury met during the week of Jan. 3 - 6, and handed up indictments for 11 defendants. According to court documents, the following indictments were handed up:

Christopher Court, 32, of Nobleboro, was indicted for Unlawful Trafficking in Schedule W Drugs (Heroin), and was docked for a criminal forfeiture of $9,320.

Brian Bennett, 36, of Waldoboro, was indicted for four counts of Burglary, Stealing Drugs, two counts of Criminal Mischief, Eluding an Officer, Driving to Endanger, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Domestic Violence Assault, Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, two counts of Criminal Trespass, seven counts of Receiving Stolen Property, Aggravated Criminal Mischief, Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, and four counts of Violating Conditions of Release.

David Smith, 34, of Edgecomb, was indicted for Aggravated Assault and Violating Conditions of Release.

Shane Rines, 43, of Sabattus, was indicted for Burglary, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, and Violating Conditions of Release.

Michael L. Gilley, 34, of West Bath, was indicted for Tampering with a Victim, Tampering with a Witness or Informant, and Improper Contact with a Victim Prebail.

Gregory Miller, 33, of Onset, Massachusetts, was indicted for Aggravated Assault, Reckless Conduct with a Dangerous Weapon, Operating a Watercraft Under the Influence, and Assault.

Daniel Milne, 47, of Richmond, was indicted on two charges of Violating Conditions of Release.

Michael L. Starr, 32, of Waldoboro, was indicted for Aggravated Criminal Mischief and Refusing to Submit to Arrest.

Troy Bibber, 30, of Boothbay, was indicted for Assault on a Child Less Than Six Years of Age, Aggravated Assault, and Obstructing Report of a Crime.

Alexandre Gorey, 25, of Edgecomb, was indicted for Aggravated Criminal Trespass, and Domestic Violence Assault.

Robert H. Edmunds III, 75, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, was indicted for Sale of Unregistered securities, Unlicensed Sale of Securities, and Securities Fraud.
