The next meeting of the Garden Club of Wiscasset will be on Thursday, Feb. 2 at the First Congregational Church in Wiscasset on High Street. The business meeting starts at 12:30 p.m. followed at 1 p.m. by our featured program. Carol Cordun will talk on the "Historic Background and Planning of the Gardens at Montpelier/John Knox House." Dr. Cordun is trained as an art historian. Her most recent passions center on the gardens and gardeners of 18th century America.
Refreshments follow the program. The public is invited free of charge.
