The following closed cases were reported by the Lincoln County court clerk for Feb. 1-17. Unless otherwise noted, sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Brian Wayne Knight, 33, of Freedom, guilty of Tampering with a Witness, Informant, Juror, or Victim. Sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years, all suspended, with two years’ probation.

Louis Rubino, 35, of Auburn, guilty of probation violation for Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, sentenced to jail for two years, all but seven months suspended, probation for tw0 years, and ordered to pay restitution of $1,689.

Kristopher Russ, 34, of Brunswick, guilty of two counts of Burglary, sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years for each count, ordered to pay restitution of $3,478; Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years; Illegal Possession of a Firearm, sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years; two counts of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for six months each; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for six months.

Monica Luce, 51, of Waldoboro, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to two years in jail, all suspended, probation of two years, and fined $400.

Dylan Salzmann, 28, of Portland, guilty of OUI (alcohol) - no test, with one prior; sentenced to 12 days in jail, fined $900, license suspended for three years, and registration suspended for three years.

Peter Leach III, 23, of Augusta, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with a prior, fined $500.

Cody Devenger, 29, of Trevett, guilty of Failing to Obey Traffic Officer’s Direction, fined $300.

Julie Marie King, 30, of Whitefield, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 30 hours’ community service, ordered to pay restitution of $801.92.

Dustin Dyer, 25, of Lewiston, guilty of Forgery, sentenced to 45 days in jail, ordered to pay restitution of $300.

Shawn Brewer, 24, of Waldoboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Rochel Marie Beaucage, 28, of Lisbon, guilty of Assault, fined $500.

Andrew Blackman, 19, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License – Conditional/Restricted, fined $150.

Daniel Murphy, 24, of Wiscasset, guilty of Possession of an Unregistered Deer, fined $300.

Raymond Montana, 61, of Union, guilty of Operating Vehicle Without a License, fined $150.

Andrzej Rzycki, 66, of Bristol, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.

Gage Wahlstrom, 33, of Wiscasset, guilty of Possession of an Unregistered Deer, fined $300.

Charles Burnham, 24, of Boothbay, guilty of Possession of Marijuana, up to 1 1/4 oz., fined $350.

TJ Michael Wing, 33, of Poland, guilty of Marine Worm Digging Without a License, fined $200.
