Closed cases Feb. 1-28
The Lincoln County Clerk reported the following closed cases for February. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Christopher Lennon Gilley, 33, of Richmond, probation revoked for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to 13 months in the Department of Corrections.
Troy Turner, 32, of Woolwich, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to jail for four years, all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years, license suspended for six years, registration suspended, fined $2,000. Guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation, sentenced to jail for 30 days, fined $2,000. Also, deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol) with more than three priors, and Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation with three priors.
Kim Chapman, 53, of Woolwich, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to seven days in jail. Also deferred disposition for Burglary and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.
Gregory Miller, 34, of Onset, Massachusetts, probation revoked for Operation of Watercraft under the Influence Resulting in Serious Injury or Death, sentenced to jail for 120 days, probation continued after release.
Tucker Lewis, 24, of Boothbay, probation revoked for Burglary, sentenced to jail for 14 days, probation continued after release.
Shane M. Rines Sr., 44, of Windham, probation revoked for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for three months, 20 days, probation continued after release.
Corinne Gornto, 53, of Southport, probation revoked for Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 25 days, probation continued after release.
Kyle O’Brien, 25, of Freeport, deferred disposition for Gross Sexual Assault.
Carroll Demmons, 46, of Newcastle, guilty of Robbery, sentenced to 10 years, all but three suspended, in the Department of Corrections, probation of three years, and restitution of $3,125. Also guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to three years, nine months, in the Department of Corrections.
Sonya Lynn Thiboutot, 37, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, offensive words and gestures, fined $250. In a separate issue, guilty of one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all suspended, with probation of one year. Deferred disposition on two additional charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Protection of Abuse Order and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for six days.
Jene Sherman, 51, of Edgecomb, deferred disposition for Assault on an Officer. In a separate incident, deferred disposition for Use of Drug Paraphernalia.
Adam Giles, 26, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days.
Darren Williams, 34, of Damariscotta, guilty of one charge of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days. Deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol) with one prior.
Shawn Day, 24, of Waldoboro, guilty of Tampering with a Witness, Informant, Juror, or Victim, sentenced to Department of Corrections for seven years, all but two years, nine months suspended, with probation of three years. Also, guilty of four counts of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to Department of Corrections for two years. In a separate matter, deferred disposition for Trafficking in Prison Contraband.
Adam Reinecke, 29, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended 150 days.
Anna Rushlau, 22, of Dresden, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $600, license suspended for 150 days.
Casey Ryder, 27, of Boothbay, guilty of two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for six days on each count, ordered to pay restitution of $46 for the first count and $6 for the second count. Also guilty of two charges of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for six days on each count.
Bonnie Cunningham, 72, of Nobleboro, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors in Wiscasset. In a separate case, also guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in Damariscotta.
Joshua Haskell, 29, of Owls Head, guilty of Illegal Possession of a Firearm, sentenced to jail for two years, six months, all but 30 days suspended, with probation of two years.
Fiona Dunlap, 29, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $100.
Christopher Lawrence, 35, of Northport, guilty of Assault, sentenced to jail for 30 days and fined $300, and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days.
Paul Lenzycki, 40, of Woolwich, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for three days.
Micheal Beauregard, 51, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Nathan Bryant, 39, of Bronx, New York, deferred disposition for Assault.
Susan Paquette, 58, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Failure to Register a Vehicle, fined $250.
Michael Harrington, 27, of Wiscasset, cited for Marine Worm Digging Without a License, fined $100.
Gary Joslyn, Jr., 42, of Wiscasset, cited for Commercial Shellfishing Without a License, fined $250.
Eric Matchett, 26, of Boothbay Harbor, probation violation for Aggravated Assault, sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years, all but nine months suspended, probation continued for three years.
