The following closed court cases have been reported by the Lincoln County Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Clarence Reisen, 32, of Oldwick, New Jersey, guilty of OUI, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.
Nikolas Poland, 25, of Bristol, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to nine months and one day in the Department of Corrections, probation partially revoked.
Robert Lacombe Jr., 32, of Waldoboro, probation revoked for Aggravated Assault, sentenced to five days in jail.
Nicole Collins, 42, of Gardiner, guilty of one count of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to three years in jail, all but seven months suspended and three years probation; deferred disposition on a second count of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs.
Matthew Christ, 23, of Bristol, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections, all but 30 days suspended, two years probation, and ordered to pay restitution of $2,050.
Amanda Wallace, 34, of Bristol, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, received a suspended sentence and two years probation. In a separate matter, deferred disposition for 18 counts each of Criminal Attempt and Burglary.
Nicholas Hodgdon, 22, of Dresden, probation revoked for Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 40 days. In a separate matter, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to seven days in jail.
Amy Lee Small, 42, of Bath, probation revoked for Assault on an Officer, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 15 months.
Jason Blackler, 40, of Jefferson, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but seven suspended, one year probation, and ordered to pay restitution of $3,550.
Casey Hanna, 32, of New Harbor, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to three years in jail, all but four months suspended and two years probation, fined $400, and ordered to pay restitution of $75.
Jeanne Wright, 42, of Augusta, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures, fined $350, and deferred disposition for Terrorizing.
Adam Gerald Pinkham, 33, of Trevett, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Jamie Rudd, 33, of Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, loud, unreasonable noise, sentenced to seven days in jail, and deferred disposition for Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures. In a separate matter, Rudd was found guilty of Criminal Trespass, Assault, and two counts of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 27 days in jail and fined $300.
Luke Dale Smith, 31, of Wiscasset, probation revoked for Aggravated Assault, sentenced to jail for 36 days.
James Lazott, 42, of Concord, New Hampshire, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures, and fined $350, and deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.
Phillip Cunningham, 48, of Damariscotta, probation revoked for Domestic Violence Assault with priors, sentenced to 21 months in the Department of Corrections. In a separate case, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault with priors, sentenced to 27 months in the Department of Corrections.
Nichole Brackett, 31, of Newcastle, guilty of Falsifying Physical Evidence, sentenced to five days in jail. In a separate matter, guilty of two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to five days in jail for each offense, and two fines of $400 each, and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to five days in jail.
Tanya Lynn Chamberlain, 41, of Wiscasset, guilty of Displaying Fictitious Vehicle Certificate, fined $100, and deferred disposition for Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with priors.
Kaitlyn Kelley, 24, of Damariscotta, deferred disposition for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, and in a separate matter, deferred dispositions for two counts of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug.
Paul Chapman, 73, of Dresden, guilty of Terrorizing, fined $250.
Mark Uhlman, 51, of Nobleboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to 72 hours in jail, $1,000 fine, and license suspended for 150 days.
Leroy Leavitt, 31, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation with prior, sentenced to nine months and one day in the Department of Corrections and fined $1,000.
Matthew Cole, 27, of Litchfield, guilty of three counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to one year in Department of Corrections, four years, all suspended, in the Department of Corrections with three years probation, and 30 days in jail. Deferred disposition for Theft of Services.
Jacob Kaler, 37, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
James Chamberlain, 19, of Palermo, guilty of Possession of Sexually Explicit Material of a Minor Under 12, sentenced to three years in jail, all but nine months suspended; guilty of two counts of Violation of Privacy, each carrying a sentence of six months in jail; and deferred disposition for four counts of Possession of Sexually Explicit Material of a Minor Under 12, and three counts of Violation of Privacy.
Sonya Winchenbach, 35, of Damariscotta, guilty of Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, fined $500, and ordered to pay restitution of $1,639.54; and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $750.
Christopher Oxley, 30, of Vasselboro, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Fighting, sentenced to 10 days in jail; Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force, sentenced to 10 days in jail; and deferred disposition for Obstructing Government Administration.
Wayne Wright, 29, of Wiscasset, guilty of Illegal Importation of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to two years in jail, all but six months suspended, fined $400; and guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, fined $400.
