For a chance to win a prize while staying motivated towards your personal healthy living goals, the Central Lincoln County (CLC) YMCA is offering a promotion called Healthy Living Bingo. To participate, simply pick up a card at the front desk and complete the activities listed on the card until you reach five in a row. Once you’ve attained “bingo,” the card is submitted into a drawing. The grand prize drawing will be a one-year membership to CLC YMCA, second prize drawing will be a five-pack of personal training sessions, and third prize will be a Y Gear hoodie sweatshirt.

Activities to complete include a variety of healthy living programs to choose from, like SYNRGY 360, walking laps on the track, yoga class, kettlebells, volunteering or a free nutrition consultation.

Members and nonmembers can participate in Healthy Living Bingo.
