Jan. 16, Maynor Lopez, 24, of Milford, Massachusetts was summonsed for Failure to Register Vehicle and Operating Vehicle without Insurance, by Hesseltine.
Jan. 16, Jessica B. Robinette, 38, of Brunswick was summonsed for Failure to Register Vehicle, by Hesseltine.

Accidents
Jan. 16, Hesseltine responded to an accident on Bath Road. Robert Bowen, 76, of Brooksville was not on the roadway turning right into traffic. Jessica Robinette, 38, of Brunswick was not on the roadway turning right into traffic. The two vehicles struck.
Jan. 24, Hilton responded to an accident on Lowelltown Road. Joshua Moniz, 39, of Bath was traveling southbound following the roadway and was texting while driving leaving the roadway into snow and striking a telephone pole.
Jan. 28, Willhoite responded to an accident on Bradford Road. Jennifer Naines, 59, of Wiscasset was westbound following the roadway when a deer entered the roadway.
