Lose it with the Y Round 5
The next round of Lose it with the Y will begin March 2 with orientation at 6 p.m. at Central Lincoln County (CLC) YMCA. Orientation includes first weigh-in, group coordination, and an optional full group workout.
Participants in Lose It with the Y will set individual healthy lifestyle goals and work to achieve them under the guidance of a personal trainer. To meet these goals, each team will meet with their personal trainer twice a week for innovative and challenging workouts that will accommodate their level of fitness. Experienced coaches will offer a range of fun and physical challenges like SYNRGY functional training interval classes, TRX strength training, fusion classes, track workouts, and indoor cycling to name a few.
Working as a team not only helps with motivation and accountability, but builds a healthy supportive community that helps create lasting change. Participants build healthy skills and useful tools that will not only help them lose weight, but also create healthy lifestyle habits. Participants are able to form their own teams or can be matched with a team at orientation. Workouts are scheduled based on team preference.
