CTL student published in multilingual literary magazine
Octavia Aurora, a current student at Center for Teaching and Learning in Edgecomb, had her writing published in the most recent issue of Mïtra: Revue d’art et littérature, an international literary and visual arts magazine. The editorial board selected her poem titled "The Oceans" for the autumn 2023 issue after receiving numerous submissions from professional writers and artists. CTL faculty and community members celebrated Octavia's accomplishment at a whole-school morning meeting in January.
Mïtra is a multilingual digital art and literature magazine based in Quebec. It is open to all opinions and all intellectual, artistic, and literary orientations.
CTL students of all ages write in a variety of genres, including poetry, memoir, book review, persuasive essay, and micro fiction. They look forward to submitting their original pieces of writing to literary organizations, writing contests, and magazines each year.
