Dear Editor:

Wiscasset residents ... Do you have questions, concerns, or thoughts about the Wiscasset School system?

We did.

We are holding an old-fashioned Community Meeting, where individuals get together to talk, listen, and share opinions regarding the school system.

We have previously held two such gatherings, and have discovered that there is interest in continuing, with hopes of turning a corner to make our schools and community a better place.

We would like to invite all Wiscasset residents along with surrounding town community members that would like to participate in a discussion about our public school system.

The meeting will be held at the Wiscasset Community Center Gym April 23 at 6 p.m.

Childcare will be available in the Senior Center for parents that would like to participate. 

We hope that you can and will make the time to attend.
