Closed criminal cases, March 1-15
The following are closed criminal cases for March 1-15. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk of Court. All sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail unless otherwise noted.
Tyler Griffin, 26 of Bristol, guilty of Assault and fined $300. Deferred disposition in Domestic Violence Assault.
Luke Moss, 24, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release. Sentenced to jail for six months.
Reginald Stratton, 36, of Whitefield and Damariscotta, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words or Gestures. Sentenced to jail for 48 hours. Guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Kyle Bragdon, 29, of Washington, guilty of two counts of Failure to Stop an All Terrain Vehicle, and deferred disposition on a third count.
Ian Chase, 22, of Warren, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and fined $500.
Carol DiPrima, 55, of Wiscasset, guilty of OUI (alcohol); $500 fine and license suspended for 150 days. Also guilty of Failure to Stop for an Officer, fined $100.
Norman Palmer, 29, of Newcastle, probation revoked for OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for six months. In a separate case, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation with a prior, sentenced to jail for nine months, fined $1,000. In a separate case, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation with prior, sentenced to 24 months in jail, all but nine months suspended, probation two years; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Leana Hendrickson, 29, of Waldoboro, guilty of Terrorizing, sentenced to jail for 10 days. Deferred disposition on a second charge of Terrorizing. Also guilty of OUI (alcohol), license suspended 150 days and fined $500, and deferred disposition on Violating Conditions of Release. In another case, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail, Terrorizing, sentenced to jail for 30 days, Reckless Conduct, sentenced to jail for 18 months, all but 30 days suspended, and probation for one year and six months, and deferred disposition on charges of Violating Conditions of Release and Aggravated Reckless Conduct.
Gregory Miller, 33, of Onset, Massachusetts, deferred disposition for Aggravated Assault and Reckless Conduct; guilty of Operating a Watercraft Under the Influence over 21, Resulting in Serious Injury or Death, sentenced to two years in jail, all but 60 days suspended, probation for two years, and guilty of Assault, sentenced to 60 days in jail and fined $300.
Robert Lacombe, Jr., 33, of Waldoboro, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault with priors, sentenced to 12 months in the Department of Corrections. In another case, probation revoked for Aggravated Assault, sentenced to 30 months in the Department of Corrections.
Sarah Teele, 35, of Bremen, guilty of Permitting Unlawful Use, fined $250, and deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.
Zachariah Sawyer, 33, of Waldoboro, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 21 days.
Jared Noyes, 50, of New Harbor, guilty of OUI (Drugs or Combo), fined $500, license suspended 150 days, and guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250, and deferred disposition for Refusing to Sign Summons.
Cordelia Goth, 62, of Bremen, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with two priors, sentenced to three years in jail, all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years, license and registration suspended for six years, and guilty of Operating a Vehicle without License – Conditions/Restrictions, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Corinne Gornto, 52, of Southport, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to one year in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, one year probation, and 100 hours of community service; and guilty of Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of two years and 100 hours of community service. Deferred disposition for Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force, Assault, and Criminal Mischief.
Joshua Benner, 28, of Newcastle, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, probation for one year, fined $700, license suspended for three years, registration suspended; guilty of Operating While License Suspended Or Revoked with prior, fined $500.
Andrew Thrasher, 30, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Eliza Lopes, 48, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $600, license suspended for 150 days.
Brandon Jewett, 20, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, $250 fine.
Jason King, 36, of Nobleboro, guilty of Assault, sentenced to three years in the Department of Corrections, all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years.
Nehemias Umana, 32, of Bangor, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to five months in jail; guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to 90 days in jail; guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail. In another case, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to 90 days in jail, and deferred disposition for a count of Violating Conditions of Release.
Jason Simmons, 40, of Nobleboro, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, administrative release for 60 days.
Kerry Ransdell, 57, of Bristol, guilty of Failure to Pay Tax or File Return, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 14 days suspended, ordered to pay restitution of $37,147; four additional counts of Failure to Pay Tax or File Return, sentenced to 14 days in jail for each count.
Rebecca Telega, 24, of Pemaquid, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Dymond Malmstrom, 21, of Waldoboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Teara Rytky, 25, of Thomaston, guilty of Possession of Softshell Clams Less than two Inches, fined $300.
Karrie Prior, 26, of Waldoboro, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $250.
Joel Winchenbach, 33, of Waldoboro, guilty of Failing to Tag Shellfish, fined $300.
Jason Gallagher, 36, of Waldoboro, guilty of Engaging in Activities While Suspended, fined $500.
Caitlyn Barter, 23, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating A Vehicle Without A License, fined $200.
Edward Zona, 35, of Waldoboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Brian Merryman, 39, of Jefferson, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Kevin Swift, 25, of Whitefield, probation revoked for Burglary, sentenced to 12 months in the Department of Corrections.
Tara Curtis, 25, of Boothbay, probation revoked for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.
