Closed criminal court cases, April 1-15
The following are closed cases for April 1 – 15. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Court Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are to be served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Anatolij Duchanin, 70, of Richmond, had probation revoked for OUI (alcohol) with two priors. He was sentenced to jail for seven days.
Christopher Gilley, 32, of Portland, had probation revoked for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Kathlyn Griffin, 60, of Waldoboro, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug. Also deferred disposition on a charge of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs. Criminal forfeiture of property, and fined $400.
Susan Caron, 52, of Cape Elizabeth, guilty of Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report, fined $200.
Lena Hintz, 22, of Hermon, guilty of Theft By Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to 18 months in jail, all but 15 days suspended, probation of two years, and ordered to pay restitution of $2,580.
Courtney Peaslee, 24, of Whitefield, guilty of Assault; sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $300.
Jakayla Botelho, 24, of Lewiston, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $300; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
David William Smith, 34, of Brunswick, guilty of Disorderly Conduct (offensive words or gestures), fined $350, all of which was suspended. In another incident, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but nine days suspended, and Violation of Conditions of Release, sentenced to four days in jail.
Dexter Benner, 53, of New Harbor, guilty of Reckless Conduct, Domestic Violence Assault and Criminal Mischief, for a total of 22 months in jail, and three years probation. In another incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release and Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to 12 months in jail for both charges.
Charles Cameron, 53, of Waterville, guilty of three counts of Indecent Conduct, fined a total of $900; and deferred disposition on two charges of Assault.
Jeanna Gustafson, 33, of Edgecomb, guilty of Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drug, fined $400; and deferred disposition for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Iris Laverdiere, 26, of Skowhegan, guilty of Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct (Loud, unreasonable noise), and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to a total of 210 days in jail. Deferred disposition on one count of Domestic Violence Assault.
Christopher Court, 33, of Nobleboro, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, and Unlawful Possession of Heroin; sentenced to five years in jail, all but four months suspended and two years probation, fined $400, subject to criminal forfeiture of property.
Casey Palmer, 25, of Bristol, probation violation for Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 14 days. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to jail for 30 days.
John Andretta, 28, of Wiscasset, guilty of Aggravated Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, fined $400. Deferred disposition on a charge of Criminal Conspiracy. In a separate incident, deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.
Sharon Levensaler, 80, of Jefferson, deferred disposition for Theft by Deception.
Terri Hichborn, 62, of Waterville, deferred disposition for Theft by Deception.
Riley Andrews, 20, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI (alcohol), $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days.
Jeremy Owen, 35, of Edgecomb, deferred disposition for Operating while License Suspended or Revoked.
Benjamin Foster, 35, of Searsport, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to nine months in jail.
Michael Bourassa, 27, of Mechanic Falls, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $700, license suspended for 150 days.
Cory Limberger, 27, of Pemaquid, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Nikolas Cooper, 26, of Damariscotta, deferred disposition for Aggravated Assault.
Joshua Decato, 34, of Lewiston, guilty of Refusal to Sign Criminal Summons, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.
Lisa Wallace, 53, of Waldoboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $600, license suspended for one year.
April Partin, 36, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Artur Konecny, 36, of Jefferson, guilty of Speeding 30 Miles or More Above the Limit, fined $800.
Brendan McClellan, 31, of Newcastle, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $400. In a separate case, guilty of probation violation for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 60 days and ordered to pay restitution of $4,590.
Shawna Tierney, 36, of Bristol, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $100.
Spencer Dyer, 46, of Round Pond, deferred disposition for Untagged Lobster Traps.
Adam Allen, 42, of Bath, guilty of Operating Unregistered Snowmobile, fined $200.
Jeremy Knight, 39, of Phippsburg, guilty of Operating Unregistered Snowmobile, fined $200.
John Chapman III, 23, of Dresden, guilty of Operating Unregistered Snowmobile, fined $150.
Darren Weaver, 53, of Windsor, guilty of Operating Unregistered Snowmobile, fined $150.
Wayne Manson, 43, of Lewiston, probation violation for Burglary, sentenced to jail for three days.
Deborah Winchenbach, 56, of Waldoboro, probation violation for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail for 46 days.
